We have 2 warehouses and 1 office location! We hold our inventory in warehouses in both Australia and China. We do this to reduce costs so we can bring you the consumer the best possible prices. Depending on the product, your item will be processed and shipped from 1 of the 2 locations! Our Office is located in Ontario, Canada.

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
